Policies
NEMAR (Neuroelectromagnetic Data Archive and Tools Resource) publishes the following policies. Together they describe what data we hold, on what terms depositors share datasets, and how we handle privacy and removal requests.
- Privacy Policy: what account information we collect from registered users, why, and your rights over it.
- Data Contributor Terms: what depositors warrant when uploading a dataset, including de-identification, ethics approval, and licensing.
- Dataset Submission Standards: what a dataset must include to be published, and the metadata we strongly recommend beyond that minimum.
- AI-Assisted Curation: where NEMAR uses AI in curation, why its output is never final, and how to request a correction.
- GDPR Position Statement: how the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation applies to NEMAR datasets and user accounts.
- Takedown Procedure: how to report a dataset that should be removed, and how we handle such reports.
